Albury S.I. Ltd is an independent company of specialist geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineers based in Surrey.

We undertake site investigations to establish soil, groundwater and potential contamination issues associated with proposed and existing residential or commercial developments.

With over 35 years experience in the industry we can advise on a range of issues relating to foundation suitability and contaminated land.

We predominantly work on sites in the South of England covering London, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. Occasionaly we work work on sites in the Midlands and Northern England.

Our clients include:

• commercial and residential property developers
• housing associations, local authorities and government agencies
• private individuals

We also operate our own in-house geotechnical soil testing laboratory which is equipped to carry out a range of tests such as strength, classification, consolidation and chemical testing.
